What's included
- Measure square footage and confirm insulation depth (R-value)

- Check ventilation: soffits, ridge vents, gable vents, baffles
- Locate air leaks at can lights, top plates, and bath fans
- Look for moisture, mold, rodent activity, and damaged ductwork
- Written report with photos and a clear recommendation

Is the inspection really free? What's the catch?
It's genuinely free. Our cost is an hour of a technician's time — and we've found that homeowners who get an honest diagnosis hire us about half the time. We'd rather earn your trust than charge an inspection fee.
How long does the checkup take?
Usually 45–60 minutes on-site. We'll walk you through everything we find before we leave and follow up with a written report and quote (if needed) within 24 hours.
Do I need to do anything to prepare?
Just point us toward your attic access. We bring all our own equipment and shoe covers — we leave your home as clean as we found it.
