Three things we commit to on every job, in writing:

• We measure before we recommend.

  Every job starts with a free, no-obligation diagnostic. You see the numbers before we ever pitch you anything.

• We document everything.

  Before/during/after photos, bag counts, depth-ruler markers, and a written report. You'll know exactly what you got.

• We tell you when you don't need us.

  About a third of our free checkups end with us telling the homeowner their attic is fine. That's the point.

Why "Doctor"?

A doctor doesn't sell you a treatment before they diagnose what's wrong. Most insulation companies sell you a product first and figure out whether you needed it second. We flipped that. Our process is checkup → diagnosis → recommendation → treatment, in that order.

We're a small, locally owned business based in Omaha. We answer our own phone, we show up to our own jobs, and our reputation lives or dies in the neighborhoods we serve. That's the accountability we wanted as homeowners — so it's the accountability we built into our company.
